Their knowledge of their products (not to forget the fabulous selection of flooring to choose from) was strong and it gave us the confidence that we were with the right team. Our floors turned out not to be straight forward, but with outstanding support and guidance from Geoff, we were able to push through and we ended up with stunning timber flooring. The installers (Werner did the majority of it) did a beautiful job and with such efficiency.
